Majestic deserts

Take the ‘Toy Train' to Darjeeling through fragrant tea gardens and pine forest. Darjeeling commands fine views of Khangchendzonga (Kanchenjunga), the third-highest mountain in the world. The area is home to the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and is also a world-renowned tea-growing centre.
